At ENTDECKUNG SHOP, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, to ensure safety and hygiene, refunds are not available if the product has been unsealed, used, or damaged due to customer handling.


1. Returns

All returns must be sent to the same address from which the order was shipped:

Returned items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included

  • The product must not be damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling


2. Refund Eligibility & Timeline

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 30 days after the order was placed, provided the return meets all the above conditions.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team at contact@entdeckungshop.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


3. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be refunded:

  • Products that have been unsealed or opened

  • Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Digital products or downloads once access has been provided


4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to the above address unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package arrives safely. ENTDECKUNG SHOP is not responsible for packages lost in transit during the return.
