ENTDECKUNG SHOP ships sports equipment, hiking electronics, and urban outdoor products across Germany, the European Union, and selected international destinations. Our logistics operations are designed to ensure fast, reliable, and traceable delivery for all customers.


1. Shipping Regions

We currently deliver to the following destinations:

Germany: All federal states
European Union: France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, and more
International Shipping: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, and the United States

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany.

  • Standard Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Peak Season (Nov–Dec): 5–6 business days

Orders placed after 16:00 CET will begin processing the next business day.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We work with trusted carriers such as DHL, DPD, GLS, and UPS.

Estimated delivery times:

Germany:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

European Union:

  • Standard Shipping: 9–12 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

International:

  • Standard Shipping: 9–14 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary for remote or rural areas.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and chosen delivery method.

Typical rates:

  • Germany: from €4.90

  • EU Countries: from €7.90

  • International: from €14.90

Free shipping thresholds may apply during promotional periods.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update depending on the carrier.


6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

If the carrier cannot deliver the package:

  • A delivery attempt notice will be left

  • The package may be held at a local pickup point for up to 7 days

If the package is returned to ENTDECKUNG SHOP due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, reshipping fees may apply.


7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and contents at contact@entdeckungshop.com.

Lost Packages:
A package is considered lost if not delivered within:

  • 15 business days (Germany)

  • 25 business days (EU)

  • 35 business days (International)

We will open a carrier investigation and offer a replacement or refund.

Missing Items:
If an item is missing inside the package, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.


8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on local regulations. ENTDECKUNG SHOP is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.


9. Pre‑Orders & Back‑Orders

If a product is marked as Pre‑Order or Back‑Order:

  • Estimated shipping window will be displayed on the product page

  • Orders containing multiple items will be shipped together unless otherwise requested

  • Separate shipping may incur additional charges
